BACKGROUND

Self-taught engineer with 20+ years across ICT, applied cryptography, and quantitative finance. Co-founded three ventures spanning consumer products to specialized security hardware. Contributed to offline CBDC architecture for the Bank of International Settlements and GlobalPlatformPro. Designed distributed P2P e-cash systems with custom X3DH + Double Ratchet cryptographic implementations and purpose-built hardware security modules.

Prior work includes architecting ML-driven trading platforms with sub-millisecond latency, leading cross-border M&A research across LATAM and APAC, managing mission-critical trading infrastructure across multiple data centers, and building proprietary volatility-arbitrage strategies.
